Obviously, there may be cases where you do not know very much about
the person you are searching for, other than their name. You may be
looking for a birth parent, a half brother or sister, or a married
female whose new name is unknown. In these circumstances, it may be
necessary to carry out some preliminary research to obtain more
up-to-date information. We would usually require a deposit to cover
our initial costs and would provide a new quote on the fee for the actual
locate investigation.
